Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dispatch activities of materials.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records and documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse, and production teams.
- Ensure the correct quantity and material is dispatched as per requirements.
- Verify material before dispatch and ensure proper loading.
- Track dispatched materials and maintain delivery-related records.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Handle basic inventory and stock-related coordination.
- Follow company safety and material-handling procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or material handling.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must be able to manage loading and unloading activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment.
