Position: Testing Lead
Qualification: BSc/MSc in Electronics, Physics or any other relevant degree

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Testing Lead to support and coordinate testing activities within the team. The role involves test setup, testing and measurement, troubleshooting, documentation, preparation and presentation of test reports, and coordination with other departments. The candidate should have valuable technical understanding, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of assigned testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day testing activities based on assigned requirements and priorities.
- Carry out testing and measurement activities as per approved procedures and requirements.
- Understand and support electrical/electronic test setups and measurement activities.
- Assist in calibration and proper use of testing and measurement equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify issues during testing.
- Ensure testing activities are carried out accurately and systematically.
- Record test results, observations, deviations, and other relevant information accurately.
- Prepare clear and structured testing reports and related documentation.
- Present test results, observations, findings,



and testing status to the concerned team and management.
- Communicate testing issues, deviations, pending activities, and requirements effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and other departments regarding testing requirements and schedules.
- Explain testing procedures, results, and technical observations clearly to team members.
- Ensure compliance with testing procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Monitor the proper use, availability, and condition of testing equipment and instruments.
- Support the team in learning and implementing new testing procedures, equipment, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in testing methods and processes.
- Take ownership of assigned testing activities and ensure timely completion.
- Participate in review meetings and provide updates on testing activities and progress.
- Take up additional responsibilities related to testing and team coordination as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
