Project & Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project & Operations Manager to manage client projects and day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in client communication, project coordination, team management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Manage multiple website and software development projects from start to completion.
- Communicate with clients, understand requirements, collect tasks, and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO and other team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Create project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify project issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Technology Projects

- Experience working with web development projects such as Magento, Laravel, PHP, Shopify, WordPress, and SEO.
- Should understand technical requirements well enough to communicate effectively with developers and clients.
- Technical coding expertise is not mandatory, but strong understanding of web development processes is required.

Operations Management

- Manage and improve day-to-day office and business operations.
- Ensure internal processes are followed and work is completed smoothly.
- Coordinate between different teams and make sure priorities are handled properly.
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions.




- Help management improve productivity, accountability, and overall workflow.
- Handle office-related coordination and administrative responsibilities when required.

Sales & Business Support

- Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and client coordination.
- Attend sales/client meetings when required.
- Help management with new business opportunities and client requirements.
- Take ownership of tasks outside regular project management whenever business needs require.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management / Operations Management, preferably in a web development or IT company.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage developers and cross-functional teams.
- Positive understanding of website development and digital technologies.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Should be comfortable taking ownership beyond a traditional PM role.
- Must be willing to work from our Vadodara office.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can act as a right-hand person for management—someone who can manage projects, communicate with clients, coordinate the technical team, improve operations, support sales, and step in wherever required to keep the company running smoothly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
