About Us

TIME Institute is a coaching institute in Erode that guides students towards their academic and career goals. We are looking for a confident, student-friendly Educational Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on courses, batches, fee structures, and career pathways
- Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into admissions
- Make outbound and follow-up calls (telecalling) to prospective students and parents
- Coordinate batches by managing schedules, attendance, and communication between students and faculty
- Maintain enquiry, admission, and follow-up records accurately
- Follow up on fee payments and student feedback
- Support promotional activities, seminars, and school or college visits
- Meet monthly enquiry-conversion and admission targets
- Resolve student and parent queries politely and promptly

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with solid communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport with students and parents
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Organised and able to handle multiple tasks
- Target-driven, with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in an educational institute or coaching centre
- Knowledge of CRM or lead-tracking tools
