- Coordinate day-to-day activities of electrical projects and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Clients, Consultants, Vendors, and Contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, trackers, and records.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project schedules, deadlines, materials, manpower, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement/store team for timely availability of electrical materials and equipment.
- Follow up on material requirements, purchase orders, deliveries, and pending items.
- Maintain records of BOQ, work orders, drawings, approvals, measurements, invoices, and project correspondence.
- Coordinate with site teams for work updates, manpower requirements, and project issues.
- Follow up on pending approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other project activities.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring project timelines.
- Prepare and update MIS reports, project trackers, and Excel sheets.




- Coordinate with the billing team for measurements, supporting documents, and billing-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of client and project communications.
- Identify delays or issues and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper communication between the head office and project sites.
- Support the project team in meeting project targets, quality requirements, and deadlines.
- Perform other project coordination and documentation activities assigned by management.
- Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an electrical/EPC/project-based company.
- Candidates with experience in electrical project documentation and site coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
