Position: Reception Cum Sales Executive

Location: Geeta Colony, Delhi

Duty Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM *(Monday to Saturday)*

Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand/Month (Depends on interview performance, communication skills & sales ability.)*

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Handle reception, customer inquiries, visitors, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

2. Explain memberships, offers, services and convert inquiries into sales.

3. Follow up with new and existing customers for memberships and renewals.

4. Maintain customer records, attendance, sales and daily reports.

5. Handle membership payments, receipts and basic cash/payment records responsibly.

6. Coordinate with trainers, accounts and management as required.

7. Maintain a skilled, clean and welcoming reception area.

8. Create basic Instagram/social-media videos and promotional content when required.

9. Maintain customer and company information confidential.

10. Achieve assigned sales targets and complete regular follow-ups.

11. Maintain good grooming,



professional communication and customer-friendly behavior.

12. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic sales and convincing ability.

* Basic computer, WhatsApp and social-media knowledge.

* Presentable personality and professional attitude.

* Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.

* Previous gym/reception/sales experience will be an advantage.

*Attendance & Conduct*

* Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.

* Leave/absence must be informed and approved by the manager.

* Personal mobile use should be limited during working hours.

* Company customer data, payment information and business details must remain confidential.

* Follow all company rules, SOPs and management instructions.
