We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior project execution at residential and commercial sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and vendors, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions as required.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the project/design team for solutions.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project progress.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide progress updates professionally.
- Ensure workers follow proper safety and site discipline.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.




- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior execution.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial interior works.
- Strong understanding of carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and false ceiling works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
- Good site coordination and manpower management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
