We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and facilitate ZED (Zero Effect Zero Defect) Certification among MSMEs.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting manufacturing units and industries, explaining the ZED Certification Scheme, its perks and certification levels, identifying eligible MSMEs, and assisting them in completing the certification and handholding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit MSMEs, factories, industrial units and manufacturing establishments regularly.
- Identify and generate prospective MSME leads through field visits and local networking.
- Explain the ZED Certification Scheme, eligibility, benefits and certification levels to MSME owners/management.
- Counsel MSMEs on the value of Bronze, Silver and Gold Certification.
- Assist interested MSMEs in registration and application for ZED Certification.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, assessment and handholding requirements.
- Follow up with prospective and registered MSMEs until completion of the certification process.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, applications and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for MSME visits, registrations and certifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with MSME associations, industrial associations and local business networks.




- Participate in MSME awareness camps, workshops and outreach activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, MSME outreach, business development or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting business owners and industrial managers.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to travel for regular industrial visits.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
