Add Scriptwriter (Hindi)– Capslock Marketplaces

Location: Bangalore

We’re looking for a performance-focused Scriptwriter who understands how ads work, not just how to write.

What you’ll do:

- Write short-form video scripts for Meta, Google & other performance channels.
- Create strong hooks, problem-led narratives, CTAs and conversion-focused creatives.
- Understand audience psychology and turn insights into high-performing ad concepts.
- Analyse CTR, CVR, CPI/CPA, ROAS and use learnings to improve scripts and creatives.
- Work closely with creative and performance marketing teams to test multiple angles and creative variations.

What we’re looking for:

- Solid copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives.
- Ability to write in simple, conversational and relatable language.
- Comfortable working with data and iterating based on performance.




- A “Will this convert?” mindset, not just “Does this sound good?”
- Prior experience with app-based or performance-driven advertising is a plus.
- Prior experience writing influencer scripts, Instagram scripts, or short-form video scripts is a plus.
- Experience working with consumer-tech, app-based, content-driven or entertainment companies will be preferred.
- Candidates from companies such as ShareChat, Kuku FM, Pocket FM, Lokal, Josh, Moj, Dailyhunt, or similar consumer-tech/app-based companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
