Job Summary

Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, voucher entries, journal entries and ledger scrutiny.

Handle finalization of accounts using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash flow reports.

Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

Handle GST and TDS compliance and timely return filing.

Manage PF and ESIC-related compliance and documentation.

Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, deposits, withdrawals and loan documentation.

Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits.

Coordinate professionally with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and reporting.

Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.

Experience in finalization of accounts.

Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounting activities accurately and within deadlines.

Education & Preferred Background





Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounts) or related field.

Experience in audit handling and financial MIS reporting will be an added advantage.

CA Inter / CA Dropout / CA Intern candidates are preferred.

Candidates with robust practical experience in GST, TDS returns and accounting operations are also encouraged to apply.
