About Karma Companions

Karma Miles, India's first seniors community and experiences brand, is hiring for Karma Companions, a premium companionship service where trained companions accompany senior citizens for errands, outings and also provide company at home.

We are looking for Relationship Managers to build relationships with seniors and their families, drive companion bookings and lead offline marketing and sales across Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi NCR.

What You Will Do

- Build relationships with seniors and their families and become a trusted point of contact.
- Understand customer requirements, explain Karma Companions and manage enquiries and bookings from initial conversation through completion.
- Follow up with leads, drive repeat bookings and identify opportunities to cross-sell other Karma Miles verticals, services, experiences and events.
- Execute offline marketing activities across Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi NCR.
- Represent Karma Miles at events, community gatherings, exhibitions and residential activations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team and companions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay connected with families during assignments and share relevant updates and photographs.
- Maintain lead, booking and customer records.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups.

Who We Are Looking For

- Candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work,



Hospitality and Paramedical fields..
- Experience in sales, business development, relationship management, hospitality, events or customer experience is preferred.
- Confident speaking with seniors, families and business partners.
- Comfortable with field sales, networking and meeting people in person.
- Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable travelling across Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi NCR.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, spreadsheets and digital tools.

Role Details

- Role: Relationship Manager | Offline Marketing & Sales
- Employment: Full time

- Work Format: Field-based with office and on-ground responsibilities
- Availability: Weekend availability required

This Role Does Not Include

- Personal hygiene assistance
- Cooking or housekeeping

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
