Required Skills
- 2–4 years of US IT Recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other US recruiting platforms.
- Strong Boolean search knowledge.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Understanding of US work authorization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in the US shift.
