Position: Shopify Website Handler cum Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities
Shopify & E-Commerce
- Manage and update the company’s Shopify website on a daily basis.
- Upload new products with proper product names, descriptions, images, prices, variants and inventory.
- Organize products into collections and maintain website categories.
- Manage product banners, homepage sections, offers and promotional content.
- Check website regularly for errors, broken links, incorrect information and product availability.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for current product launches.
- Monitor basic website orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Fashion & Product Designing
- Create new and attractive fashion/product designs based on current market trends.
- Develop concepts for sarees, fabrics, prints, patterns, colours and collections.
- Research current fashion and textile trends for new collections.
- Create mood boards, colour combinations and design concepts.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, designers and production teams to develop designs.
- Modify designs according to customer and market requirements.
- Maintain proper records of designs and collections.
Digital Content & Marketing Support
- Create basic creatives for website banners, product promotions and social media.
- Work with the marketing team for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure product photography/images are properly edited and optimized for the website.
- Assist in maintaining a premium and consistent visual identity across the website.
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify website management is preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion/textile design and current fashion trends.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software.
- Good understanding of product photography and image editing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing and e-commerce is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with good colour and design sense.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in saree, fabric or textile industries will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can manage our Shopify website independently while also contributing creative fashion and textile designs. The ideal candidate should be both creative and technically comfortable with e-commerce platforms.
Experience: 2–3 years preferred
