Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

* Drive store sales, revenue, and achieve business targets

* Manage and motivate the store team to deliver excellent performance

* Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience

* Monitor inventory, stock availability, and visual merchandising

* Track store KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, and ATV

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines

Candidate Profile:

* 4–6 years of experience in retail store management

* Experience in Fashion / Apparel Retail preferred

* Strong team management and communication skills

* Target-oriented with a solid focus on sales and customer service

* Willing to work in Pathankot

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits:
