Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee HR operations and employee management within our organization. Candidates with experience in the hotel and hospitality industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate recruitment and ensure timely staffing across departments.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR activities and workforce planning.

Requirements

- Relevant experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR functions independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Calicut are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
