Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Office In-Charge cum Accountant to manage daily office operations, accounting activities, and administrative functions at our Bangalore branch, dealing in solar panels and inverters distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain daily accounts, cash transactions, and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing, and documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, suppliers, and the head office.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and inward/outward material records.
- Handle bank transactions and basic banking activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and smooth functioning of the branch office.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to independently manage office operations and accounting activities.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
