We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications as prescribed, and work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and post-care instructions.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hospital/clinic protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of medical equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust patient care and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
