Job Title:** Travel Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (International)

*Experience:** Minimum 6 Months International Voice Experience | International Travel / US Process

Preferred AA DSD JD **

Qualification:** Undergraduate **

Mandatory Language:** Excellent English Communication AA DSD JD

**Work Details:** **Shift:** Rotational – Mostly Night

**Working Days:** 5 Days

**Week Off:** Rotational

**Interview:** Face-to-Face Only

**Key Responsibilities:

** Handle international travel customer calls.

Assist with bookings, cancellations, modifications and refunds. Resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate customer and booking information.



Meet defined service and quality standards.AA DSD JD

**Required Skills:** Strong customer handling and active listening.

Ability to understand international accents. Travel / airline / hotel knowledge preferred. Valuable problem-solving and multitasking skills. AA DSD JD
