We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Executive who will work closely with the owner and assist in day-to-day marketing, sales follow-ups, telecalling and business development activities.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, following up with prospects and taking ownership of routine marketing and sales coordination activities.
The person will directly assist the owner in converting enquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up with existing enquiries and potential customers.
- Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain a record of leads and their current status.
- Ensure no potential enquiry is missed.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending requirements.
2. Telecalling & Sales Pitch
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the company's products and capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Give a basic sales pitch over the phone.
- Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the owner/team.
- Schedule discussions or meetings with potential customers.
3. Sales Support
- Assist the owner in handling incoming enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers after quotations are shared.
- Follow up on quotation status.
- Understand customer objections and communicate them to the owner.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure.
4. Marketing Support
- Assist with LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities.
- Help identify potential B2B customers and companies.
- Support database building and prospect research.
- Assist with email/WhatsApp marketing activities.
- Help maintain basic marketing reports.
5. Administrative & Other Support
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
- Prepare basic reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate meetings and calls for the owner.
- Assist with other business-related activities as assigned by the owner.
0–2 years in marketing, telecalling, sales, business development or customer handling.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
