About the Role

Shree Vidhatte Interiors is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record in Premium Residential Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and project management capabilities, with hands-on experience in managing projects from concept development through execution and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage premium residential interior projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, lifestyles, budgets, and project expectations.
- Develop innovative space planning solutions, design concepts, layouts, and material palettes.
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project specifications.
- Ensure timely resolution of design and site-related challenges.
- Present design concepts, materials, and proposals confidently to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining design excellence across projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, finishes,



and luxury residential design practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

· Space Planning & Design Development

· Proficiency in 2D Drafting and Technical Drawings (Essential)

· Working Drawings & Detailed Joinery Drawings

· Client Interaction & Presentation Skills

· Material Selection (Laminates, Veneers, Tiles, Stone, Fabrics, Lighting, Hardware, etc.)

· Site Coordination & Execution Management

· BOQ Preparation, Estimation & Costing

· Vendor & Contractor Management

· Project Planning & Timeline Management

· Team Leadership & Mentoring

· Knowledge of Residential Design Standards & Execution Practices

· Strong Communication, Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience in Luxury / Premium Residential Turnkey Projects.
- Strong understanding of interior execution, material applications, and site management.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and client relationships.
