1. Analyze the situation through environmental scanning and identify areas and issues for possible CRY interventions and subsequently identify potential organisations for partnership
2. Assist state lead in formulating state strategy and provide input to the overall functional strategy, objectives and budgets in line with the CRY objectives
3. Assist state lead in managing programs, presentation during reviews, thematic discussion sessions and capacity building sessions
4. Assist state lead in providing critical insights on ways of strategizing, executing and monitoring proposals to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Grant Making
1. Conduct regular PME visits on a quarterly/half-yearly basis and undertake annual evaluation reviews.
2. Review progress against the stated objectives and prepare reports.
3. Ensure that PME evaluations are conducted in accordance with CRY’s prescribed policies and guidelines.
2. Support the preparation individual project budget and action plan; input into state budget
3. Release grants as per sanctioned budgets and financial reviews
Network building
1. Ensure transparency, accountability and democratic functioning of the Network initiaitatives. Also ensure sharing of budgets and plans at all levels and facilitate transparent process
2. Facilitate linkages between district/ sub-regional and Network initiaitve processes

To facilitate and support partners to strengthen and consolidate community mobilisation processes and assist in broad-basing efforts with media, government agencies, key individuals and other stake holders etc.
4. Scale-up focus issues at district, sub region, and state level and ensure visibility of CRY’s interventions by facilitating media coverage of important issues in the area
Collaboration
1. Ensure required reports from partners or CRY DI initiatives reach donors periodically
2. Coordinate with partners or DI field team for cultural events for donors in order to build perspective on child-rights issues and partner interventions; visits of media persons to projects for effective media pitch
Budget/ fund management
1. Prepare accurate project wise projections and ensure disbursals accordingly throughout the year
2.Preparing and managing budgets for the assigned projects and the State, in accordance with CRY’s Grant Sanctioning System.
People Management Responsibilities
1. Induct and mentor new team members. Orient them to CRY's development support practices as well as the internal processes and systems.
Financial Responsibilities
1. Monitor expenses to ensure compliance to budgets and overall cost effectiveness of the functional activities
Pay: ₹730,000.00 - ₹2,230,000.00 per year
