LAPTOP & DESKTOP REPAIR TECHNICIAN – FIELD SERVICE

We are looking for skilled and experienced Laptop & Desktop Repair Technicians for HP and Dell systems. The technician will be responsible for both workshop and field-service jobs, including customer-site visits.

Key Skills Required

- Hands-on experience in HP & Dell Laptop and Desktop repair
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Laptop/Desktop motherboard troubleshooting and component-level repair
- Knowledge of SMPS, RAM, HDD/SSD, CPU, motherboard, and power-related issues
- Laptop display, keyboard, touchpad, battery, charging, and DC jack replacement/repair
- Experience in Windows installation, formatting, and software troubleshooting
- Driver installation, BIOS configuration and system optimization
- Data backup, OS installation and basic data recovery knowledge
- Troubleshooting of boot failure, blue screen, overheating, no display, and power issues
- Printer, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting will be an added advantage
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide appropriate repair solutions at customer locations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills




- Ability to prepare service reports and explain repair requirements to customers

Mandatory Requirement

Own Bike/Two-Wheeler is MANDATORY

The technician must have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence because the job involves regular field visits to customer locations.

Preferred Experience

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in laptop & desktop repair
- Experience with HP and Dell systems preferred
- Candidates with strong practical repair skills and field-service experience will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for laptop/desktop service calls
- Diagnose and repair HP & Dell systems
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
- Replace defective components and parts
- Maintain service records and job reports
- Coordinate with the service team regarding field assignments
- Ensure professional customer service and timely completion of service calls
