About the Role
ZGP is looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow photography sales in Bengaluru. The role requires strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, negotiations, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Generate business through cold calls, online leads, references, and client meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert qualified leads.
- Conduct client consultations and present photography packages effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, conversion percentage, and revenue.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explore recent customer segments and local business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking handover.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven sales experience; photography/event/wedding industry experience preferred.
- Strong track record in cold calling and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
