Yashodeep Knowledge Hub is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employability Skills Instructor to train students in essential workplace and career-readiness skills.

Essential Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Short-Term ToT (Training of Trainers) Course in Employability Skills is required

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on employability and workplace skills.
- Develop students' communication, interpersonal and professional skills.
- Provide training in soft skills, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving.
- Conduct activities, role plays, group discussions and practical sessions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and assessments.
- Monitor student participation and learning progress.




- Guide students on workplace etiquette, interview skills and career readiness.
- Maintain training records and submit periodic reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team for effective implementation of training programs.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Valuable command of English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good knowledge of employability and soft skills training.
- Strong facilitation and training abilities.
