Hiring: AEM + React.js Engineers – L2/L3 Support & Technical Lead

Haparz is looking for experienced AEM + React.js professionals for enterprise application support, maintenance, production engineering, and technical leadership roles.

Mode: Hybrid (Bangalore - 3 Days WFO & other locations 2 Days WFO)

Level Mapping

4–7 Years – AEM + React.js L2/L3 Engineer (SLA-based ticket resolution, logs, deployments, regression testing)

6–9 Years – Senior AEM + React.js L3 Engineer (L3 escalations, RCA, performance, monitoring, guide L2)

8–12+ Years – AEM + React.js Technical Lead (SLA/KPI, major incidents, CAB, mentoring, stakeholder management)

What You’ll Do

Provide L2/L3 production support for AEM and React.js applications and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Troubleshoot AEM components, templates, HTL, Sling Models, Servlets, OSGi, JCR, workflows, authoring, publishing, and replication issues.

Resolve React.js UI defects, component issues, API integrations, and frontend/backend problems.

Diagnose production issues using application logs, monitoring, Dispatcher, CDN, caching, and integration analysis.

Deliver bug fixes, minor enhancements, patches, deployments, and post-release validation.





Perform RCA and drive permanent solutions for recurring and complex production issues.

Support AEMaaCS, Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, releases, and hotfixes.

Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.

Senior engineers will handle complex L3 escalations, performance issues, and guide L2 engineers.

Technical Leads will own escalations, SLA/KPI governance, service quality, technical improvements, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on AEM and React.js experience in enterprise applications.

Experience with AEM Sites, HTL/Sightly, Sling, OSGi, JCR, workflows, and Content Fragments.

Strong Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, REST API, and integration troubleshooting experience.

Experience with Dispatcher, CDN, caching, replication, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

AEMaaCS and Adobe Cloud Manager experience is highly desirable for senior-level positions.

Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Maven, npm/yarn, ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, and ITIL processes.

Senior candidates should have robust RCA and problem-management experience.

Technical Lead candidates should have experience in escalation management, SLA/KPI ownership, mentoring, release governance, and stakeholder management.
