Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive sales of solar products and solutions.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations, quotations, and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop dealer/channel partner networks.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:-
- 3–4 years of experience in solar sales / renewable energy / EPC sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of rooftop solar and solar products.
- Target-oriented with good leadership and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field activities.
