Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger transactions.
- Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing, payments, receipts, expense accounting, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and cash-flow reports.
- Perform regular review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with relevant departments for timely closure.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.




- Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS and other financial reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with General Ledger, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and Financial Reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.
- Experience working on ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance for India-based roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, or multinational organization will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling audit, month-end closing, MIS reporting, and management reporting is preferred.
- SAP FICO or other ERP experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
