Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

Experience: 1-2Year (BBS,RCC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil & construction projects

* Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs & rate analysis

* Handle tender preparation, pricing schedules & technical proposals

* Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations

* Prepare client bills, progress bills & invoices

* Monitor project costs, budgets and cost variances

* Manage change orders, variations & revised estimates

* Prepare and maintain billing, estimation and contractual documentation

* Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors & subcontractors





* Ensure billing and estimation activities comply with project and company requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Strong knowledge of Civil Estimation & Billing

✅ BOQ Preparation & Quantity Surveying

✅ Rate Analysis & Costing

✅ Tendering & Vendor Quotation Management

✅ Progress Billing & Invoice Preparation

✅ MS Excel & Estimation Software

✅ Solid analytical and mathematical skills

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
