Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and qualified manner
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role) as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service and work areas
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
- Assist in supervising team members and coordinating shifts (for Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
