Process Trainee Consultant Fresher

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers only
Non-BE/B.Tech graduates only
Graduation year: 2022 or later
Minimum qualification: Graduation / 10+2 / Diploma

Position Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Process Trainee Consultants for Sagility.

The role involves supporting the claims fulfilment process for insurance customers. This includes receiving, reviewing, investigating, processing, and taking appropriate action on claims in accordance with established policies and process guidelines.

The position involves multiple administrative and customer service responsibilities, including claim review, investigation, adjustment where applicable, remittance, or claim denial, while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Understand and follow established professional standards, policies, procedures, and process guidelines before taking action or making decisions.

· Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with defined procedures.

· Handle customer calls and provide appropriate support as per process requirements.

· Consistently meet defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.

· Understand and adhere to Quality & Auditing parameters.

· Take ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and deliverables.

· Coordinate effectively with peers, supervisors, and other relevant teams.

· Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.

· Maintain regular attendance and adhere to established punctuality and shift requirements.





· Continuously acquire knowledge and develop skills related to the process and associated functions.

· Maintain professional interpersonal relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

· Demonstrate professional conduct and comply with organizational policies and standards.

Eligibility Criteria

· Education: Diploma, Any Graduate, or Postgraduate.

· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Willingness to work in US Night Shifts and rotational shifts.

· Solid attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Candidates should demonstrate a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
