About Career Sarvguru

Career Sarvguru is looking for a passionate, confident, and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team in Rohini Sector 9. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable educational programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic profiles, interests, and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable courses and career pathways based on individual requirements.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert counselling enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective students.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build solid and professional relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated with current courses, colleges,



admission procedures, and education trends.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry will be an added advantage.
