The Toyz World is a kids’ toy store offering a wide range of toys, games, collectibles and products for children of all age groups. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our team and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable toys and products.
- Explain product features, benefits and prices clearly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and organized.
- Handle billing and customer payments when required.
- Maintain stock and inform the store manager about low-stock products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in promotional activities,
offers and store events.
- Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
- Follow store policies and maintain discipline.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
- Customer-service oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and billing systems.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience in retail/sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have a passion for toys, kids' products and retail sales are preferred.
