Job Summary

We are looking for a QA / QC Executive with relevant experience in the food industry to support quality control, food safety, supplier management, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and food safety practices.
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, packaging, and finished products as per quality specifications.
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits and support external, customer, and certification audits.
- Prepare audit documents, reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the supplier approval process, including supplier documentation, evaluation, and approval records.
- Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier quality documents.
- Review supplier certificates, specifications, test reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, purchase, warehouse, and laboratory teams on quality-related matters.
- Handle quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints and assist with root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Coordinate product and raw material testing with approved laboratories.
- Maintain QA/QC records, reports, certificates, and audit documentation.




- Support implementation of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, and BRCGS, as applicable.
- Conduct basic food safety and quality awareness training for employees.
- Ensure quality and food safety requirements are consistently followed across operations.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, HACCP, GMP, and related standards.
- Experience with internal and external audits.
- Experience in supplier approval and supplier documentation.
- Good documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
