We are seeking a skilled Repairing Engineer to manage the end-to-end diagnostics, component-level repair, and rigorous quality testing of our core electronic and security product lines, including PCBs, SMPS, DFMD, and HHMD. This role directly safeguards product reliability and upholds our manufacturing and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repair: Perform component-level troubleshooting, soldering, desoldering, and PCB rework.
- Testing & Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive functional testing on repaired electronic assemblies, SMPS, and security equipment (DFMD/HHMD) to ensure performance standards.
- Technical Analysis: Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, and rework stations while accurately interpreting circuit schematics and technical documents.
- Documentation & Collaboration:
Maintain precise repair logs and coordinate seamlessly with technical and service teams.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on qualified experience in electronics repair, hardware troubleshooting, and testing.
- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related technical discipline.
- Core Skills: Strong working knowledge of electronic circuits, power electronics, and component-level fault isolation.
