Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS & Reporting Lead to manage data capture, data quality, dashboards, and reporting using the separately provided district-level platform. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data for program monitoring and decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage data capture, consolidation, validation, dashboards, and reporting through the designated district-level platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across reporting requirements.
- Own overall data quality and MIS reporting processes for the assigned program.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports for management review.
- Monitor data submissions from districts/centres and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Coordinate with field teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve data quality and reporting issues.
- Work closely with the technology agency to communicate platform-related data issues, errors, and required corrections.
- Track resolution of data and reporting issues and ensure timely closure.




- Generate insights from available data to support program monitoring, performance tracking, and review meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation of reporting formats, data validation checks, and reporting schedules.
- Ensure timely submission of periodic reports as per program requirements.
- The role does not involve building, developing, or maintaining the technology platform. Platform development and technical maintenance will remain with the designated technology agency.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in managing large datasets and preparing management reports.
- Robust skills in MS Excel, data validation, reporting, and dashboard analysis.
- Experience working with MIS/data platforms or digital reporting systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams, management, and technology agencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
