Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (IT Services)

Location: Greater Noida west

Type: Full-time Onsite

Experience: 1-2 years

What You'll Do
✅ Search for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and similar platforms
✅ Submit daily bids with customized, client-focused proposals
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails and other channels
✅ Research prospects and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
✅ Follow up with clients and move interested leads to calls
✅ Maintain a lead tracker and report on bids, responses and conversions

You're a Great Fit If You
⭐ Have up to 1 year of experience in lead generation or bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn or similar platforms
⭐ Can write clear, persuasive proposals and messages
⭐ Have a basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile and software development)




⭐ Write and speak positive English
⭐ Are self-driven, organized and comfortable with daily targets
⭐ Are eager to learn and grow in IT sales

Good to Have
➕ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
➕ Experience with a CRM or lead tracking sheets
