Apricity Finserv Private Limited is a receivables management company based in Gurugram. We manage loan collections on behalf of NBFC clients. We are hiring Tele-Collections Executives for our tele-collections team.
The role is outbound calling to customers with overdue EMIs and pending payments: reminding them about dues, negotiating repayment, securing payment commitments and following up until the payment is made. Performance is measured against daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
Experience: 1-3 years in tele-calling or collections.
Education: 12th pass or graduate.
Compensation: INR 2.4-4.2 LPA (INR 20,000-35,000 per month), including the variable component.
Work arrangement: work from office in Gurugram, 6 days a week. Full time.
Joining: within 15 days; immediate joiners preferred.
