Join Our Business Development Team

Arthkaira is hiring a Business Development Executive with experience dealing with Australian clients, businesses, or the Australian market.

If you are confident in sales, comfortable speaking with business owners, and know how to turn conversations into genuine business opportunities, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Find and approach potential Australian businesses through Google, LinkedIn, Google Maps and business directories.
- Make outbound calls and connect with Australian business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and book sales meetings.
- Understand business requirements and recommend suitable Arthkaira services.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- AI Automation
- Work towards monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect, follow-up and conversion records.
- Build long-term professional relationships with prospective clients.

Who We’re Looking For





- 1–2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Lead Generation.
- Experience working with Australian clients or the Australian market.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident in outbound calling and sales conversations.
- Good follow-up, negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and able to generate current opportunities independently.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Website Development, SaaS, IT or AI services is an advantage.
