About the Role

Looking for a curious, creative, and analytical Research & Analytics Associate to research digital content, trends, creators, and emerging opportunities across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

The ideal candidate enjoys exploring new topics, analyzing information, identifying trends, and generating useful insights with a flexible and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze content, trends, creators, competitors, and industries across digital platforms.
- Conduct research on different topics based on business and project requirements.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and useful insights.
- Analyze content and understand what makes it relevant and engaging.
- Organize research findings and prepare clear summaries and recommendations.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve research and analysis.
- Explore new platforms, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Support the team on diverse research, content, and strategic projects.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in the immigration/education consultancy industry is preferred.
- Candidates with experience as IELTS/PTE Trainers, Immigration Counselors, Visa Counselors, or similar roles are also encouraged to apply, provided they have strong skills in research, analysis, and digital content.
- Freshers with strong research, analytical,



communication, and digital-content skills are also welcome to apply.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, verify, and interpret information.
- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, social media trends, and digital content creation.
- Strong interest in immigration-related topics, countries, visa processes, study-abroad trends, and related industry developments.
- Ability to research and analyze immigration-related information and convert it into clear, engaging, and useful content.
- Creative, curious, and willing to explore new topics, trends, and content ideas.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to work beyond a fixed job role and take ownership of different tasks when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI/content-research tools is an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong understanding of social media, content research, competitor analysis, and audience trends will be preferred.
