Hiring: Business Development Manager – ERP / Enterprise Solutions

Experience: 3–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B business opportunities and leads
- Build relationships with CXOs, Directors & decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and present ERP solutions
- Handle meetings, proposals, follow-ups and closures
- Develop the Bangalore/Karnataka market and sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP / Software / SaaS / Enterprise / Solution Sales
- Solid B2B business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Kannada & English
- Willing to travel within Karnataka
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
