Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated HR Interns to join our Human Resources team at our HSR Layout office in Bangalore. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and onboarding processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or students looking to build a strong foundation in core HR functions and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Screen resumes, handle candidate outreach, and schedule interviews across various open roles.
- Job Postings: Manage job listings across various job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and campus networks.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, documentation, and coordination.
- HR Operations: Maintain and update candidate/employee databases and tracker spreadsheets.
- Employee Engagement: Support in organizing office activities, team engagements, and internal events.
- Coordination:



Act as a point of contact for candidate queries throughout the hiring process.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields (Pursuing or Recently Graduated).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.
- Location: Candidates must be willing to work on-site from our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Schedule
