- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer outstanding follow-ups.
- Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other marketplace settlements.
- Maintain invoice tracking and collection records.
- Handle sales returns, credit notes and GRN coordination.
- Prepare AR ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Analyse marketplace deductions like TDS, commissions and returns.
- Reconcile marketplace TCS credits and maintain proper accounting records.
- Work on ZOHO Books and maintain accurate financial data.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / E-commerce reconciliation.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub preferred.
- Positive knowledge of accounting and reconciliation.
- B.Com / M.Com qualification.
- ZOHO Books experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
