Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software development projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and mentor technical/development teams.
- Solid hands-on experience with MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js.
- Review technical architecture, code quality and development practices.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, UI/UX, DevOps and business teams.
- Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources and stakeholder communication.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 11+ years of overall experience in software development/project management.
- Minimum 5–6+ years of hands-on MERN Stack development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Express.js, REST APIs and Git.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and technical teams.
