We are hiring experienced Telecallers for our US SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) Lead Generation Campaign.

Position: SSDI Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Experience: SSDI campaign experience is mandatory
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Employment Type: Full time

Candidate Requirements

- Previous SSDI / Disability Lead Generation experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with outbound SSDI calling.
- Good understanding of SSDI prospect qualification and screening.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers.
- Ability to handle objections and qualify prospects effectively.




- Must be target-oriented and focused on lead quality.

Candidates with only ACA, Medicare, Final Expense, Life Insurance, or other US campaign experience will not be considered unless they also have SSDI campaign experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US consumers.
- Identify potential SSDI prospects.
- Conduct the required qualification/screening.
- Generate and submit quality SSDI leads.
- Maintain call quality and campaign compliance.
- Achieve daily/monthly lead targets.
