Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional with experience in the Optical Fibre, Structured Cabling, Passive Components or Telecom Infrastructure industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with B2B clients across the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new B2B business opportunities in the Optical Fibre, Structured Cabling and Passive Components market.
- Identify and acquire new customers through market mapping, networking and direct sales.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts and generate repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, contractors, OEMs, telecom companies and enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercials and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates and customer records.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Optical Fibre, Fibre Optic Cables, Structured Cabling, Passive Components, Telecom Products or related infrastructure products.
- Strong experience in new customer acquisition and account management.
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets and develop new markets.
- Candidates from Optical Fibre / Structured Cabling / Telecom / Networking / Passive Components backgrounds will be preferred.
