• Monitor SAP system health and availability. • Monitor background jobs and report failures. • Monitor SAP integrations, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs, PI/PO, and CPI/iFlows. • Review alerts from SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Dynatrace, or other monitoring tools. • Perform initial analysis and create incidents/tickets. • Escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams as per SOPs. • Conduct daily health checks and prepare monitoring reports. • Ensure SLA compliance and timely communication of critical issues.
