Role Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales of ERP, accounting, or business software. The ideal candidate should have strong product demonstration, client handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through prospecting and networking.
- Understand client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct ERP/software product demos online and in person.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain leads and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Travel for client meetings and product demonstrations when required.

Must-Have Skills

✅ 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in ERP/accounting/business software.
✅ Experience selling software such as Tally, BUSY, Zoho, ERPNext, Marg, SAP Business One or similar.




✅ Solid understanding of Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, GST & Accounting.
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets — candidates should be ready to share previous sales numbers/achievements.
✅ CRM and lead-pipeline management experience.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Management, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience selling to manufacturers, traders, or distributors.
- Existing network with CAs, consultants, or industry associations.
- Experience in SaaS / subscription-based sales.

Personal Traits

- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
