Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments, transporters, customers, and vendors to ensure timely and smooth movement of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters, courier services, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/transport documents, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers and project sites.
- Follow up with transporters regarding pickup, transit status, and delivery.
- Maintain proper records of all dispatches, deliveries, and transportation details.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost-effective logistics arrangements.
- Handle any delay, shortage, damage, or delivery-related issue and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.




- Maintain transporter/vendor records and evaluate service performance.
- Verify freight charges and transportation bills before forwarding them to the Accounts Department.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and documentation requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics and dispatch reports for management.
- Maintain proper filing of logistics-related documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of logistics, transportation, dispatch, and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of e-way bill, LR, delivery challan, invoice, and dispatch documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and priorities simultaneously.
- Good negotiation skills with transporters and logistics vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.

Preferred Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Logistics / Dispatch / Transportation / Supply Chain.
- Experience in an HVAC, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based company will be preferred.
