About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our fast-growing fintech team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in sales and the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads.
* Explain and guide customers about our various loan products.
* Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and/or English.
* Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
* Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
