Role Overview:

The TA Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and follow-ups, maintaining hiring data, managing candidate communication,



and supporting campus and day-to-day hiring activities.

The Role:

- Support the TA team in sourcing and screening candidates.

- Coordinate candidate calls, interviews and follow-ups.

- Maintain candidate trackers and update hiring data regularly.

- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation and joining.

- Support campus and other hiring activities as required.

- Assist the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

What we are looking for:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidate coordination and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Freshers pursuing/recently completed graduation in HR, Management, BBA, B.Com or a related field can be considered.
